Pros

You will single handedly handle all the majority of the work - From administrative to handling clients Learning will obviously be there but at cost of your personal life

Cons

No work life balance Join only if you want to work 7 days a week with 12hrs daily and be underpaid The CEO might come across as a visionary, but he only copy pastes the same outdated formula to all his clients. Micromanagement is at its peak.

Pros

Working under colossal morons who have no professionalism has never been more fun. Their idiocy is only beaten by their cold hearted hypocrisy. This is where life gets re-defined to work like. They actually want young graduates to work for no money without any set working hours, with no concept of a weekend or a holiday. These brainless buffoons trap MBA students, promise them a performance based pay and in the end give them nothing. They go through cycles of interns and temporary employees and get undignified work done for free.

Cons

There are no values, the employers have no concept of respecting personal space, they act like they own you. They dangle some cheap amount of money and make you work godless hours and in the end claim your commitment / some other thing was not up to the mark and hence you aren't eligible for the money which was promised. Its a shame our country has no laws to protect students from these kinds of places where emotional torture is the biggest take away.

Pros

The quality of work is excellent. You get to do on field work, interact with personnel and also learn a lot. I as an intern never thought I will be given this kind of opportunity. At Prashaste you can become anyone. There is no limitation to ideas, creativity. They encourage you to take decisions and bring out the best in you. At Prashaste i have learnt that who you are is not important but what you do is. Prashaste has given us a platform where i could realize our potential. They have motivated me , inspired me to do new creative things everyday and also given me confidence. I am taking home with me a lot of knowledge which cannot be gauged but will surely add value to myself.

Cons

The only thing I felt was the timings. But in comparison to what work you are doing, your time is well spent.
