Cons
1. Very less compensation compared to the work load. It is impractical to survive on such a meagre salary in a metropolitan city unless you belong to a privileged family 2. No other monetary benefits aside from the offered CTC 3. They do not try to retain their talented employees (which is actually a pro, because you can freely leave once you have found another opportunity)
