Pros

Tried hard but could never find any

Cons

Don’t join this company unless they give you a 100% hike. The mental stress, unpaid overtime, night shifts, and fear of sudden termination by the CTO make anything less not worth it. If u don't have a personal life and are ok with being treated like a slave u can join this company [ ] HRs get paid a lot here to just keep quiet so they don't say or do anything when employees get fired on the spot for little or no mistake of theirs. [ ] Some of the Prototype ppl get paid a lot to exploit welders, fitters and some junior engineers. Hence u will see that average experience of employees here is less than 2 years. Ppl with more experience will refuse to be exploited or they fight back. [ ] Salary is delayed every month, PF gets credited once in 6-8 months and when u leave the company ur F&F will also be delayed. [ ] HRs are puppets of CTO, whatever he says they follow. HRs are literally just there to calculate attendance, arrange food and cab. Nothing else. [ ] They don't follow any safety standards, literally They will put ur life under risk. [ ] Already They r running out of money, somedays even milk won't be there for tea as milk suppliers are not paid. [ ] Company is on its last legs so don't join here and risk becoming unemployed as company might shutdown anytime.

Pros

Genuinely good, hardworking people in the company.

Cons

The main problem is the top leadership. It is okay to start out fresh while founding a start-up, not knowing much, but taking lessons along the way, hiring experts in the domain and giving them the right responsibility, figuring out the tech, the product, the way to manage people and how to lead and motivate a successful team. Here, things started the same way, but went downhill very quickly. There is no learning. There is no yearning for learning. The top management isn't interested in good quality products, or products at all. There is no strategy, or vision or understanding even of the basics of the technology they want to build. It's just more of copying and pasting. As if this wasn't bad enough, there is also the feeling in the top management, that they know best, about everything! They know how to sell, how to market, how to treat people, how to build the product, how to run offices, how to build relations. So the people hired are not hired for their talent, or opinion or expertise, they are hired to follow the orders. And to get blamed for when these "expert" founder ideas don't work out. But lets not say the top management is not good at anything, they are experts when it comes to playing fast and lose with the truth - both internally and externally. People and their talent is given zero respect. Employees are treated like toilet paper, use and throw, and repeat - at all levels. The people are driven to being scared, unsure, frustrated, burnt and pushed out. The executive team collectively lacks empathy, vision, talent and most importantly, any inclination to get better.
