Pros

1. Autonomy. Treated like you're your own boss. Nobody is being micro managed. 2. Culture. Someone is always laughing. Taco Tuesday every time a new employee starts. Lunch every Wednesday. Huddle on Fridays. Snacks/drinks in the office, etc. 3. Core values are important. We've spent 4 days doing volunteer work. Always highlighting people who go above and beyond. 4. Interview process. Best process I've ever been a part of. So fast and there is no bullshi***** you. 5. You matter and what you do matters 6. Remote work/work from home flexibility, benefits are great.

Cons

1. Newer business. Of course there are growing pains as with any smaller company. 2. Not many concrete processes. If you're a fan of processes and don't like to pivot this company may not be for you. 3. Not a lot of people in the office at a given time. If you like to be around a lot of people at once you may be disappointed.

Pros

It has been about two months since I joined Praxent, and my experience has been excellent so far. Praxent is actively embracing AI and machine learning technologies and encourages employees to adopt and grow with these emerging technologies that are shaping the future. During my time here, I have gained valuable hands-on experience building real-world AI solutions, including agentic workflows, automated code review platforms, LLM integrations, and production-oriented AI systems. The opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to practical AI applications has significantly enhanced my technical skills and professional growth.

Cons

No Cons to say. I'm genuinely enjoying my experience at Praxent, the work has been exciting and impactful, and I am hopeful that I can continue contributing and potentially grow into a full-time role in the future.

Pros

Although in a remote setting, there is extremely strong company culture and values throughout the organization. Everyone, regardless of their role, is encouraged to learn new technologies and experiment with AI. Overall, great place to work in terms of work-life balance and job growth.

Cons

Fully remote work takes some getting used to, especially regarding staying updated on projects. That said, the team is very responsive and the small-company feel ensures you have the support needed to put your best work forward.
