Pros
There are opportunities for those who want them and ask for them. They are not just given to us they need to be earned, just as everything in life, but if you express an interest management will work with you to bring you up to speed to fill or create that position once your ready. Senior leadership team are extremely smart people and have proven themselves in the past building a very successful company, especially the CEO. She is very knowledgeable, cares about her employees, her clients and her company. She wants everyone to be successful and if you have an opportunity to sit down with her and talk with her you will find her heart and passion is in the right place. We are rewarded based on our productivity, not handouts. I prefer it this way, because whoever wants to show up and actually work gets rewarded. I love this young company, because we can all make it what we want and we can have unlimited growth potential, if you show up to work. Great potential for those with a good work ethic to excel and succeed and they are not afraid to bring in people and train them to where they want to be if they show interest.
Cons
There are some negative people in the company, as you can tell from some of the reviews, but as with life to each his own and if you are unhappy then go somewhere else where you will be happy and stop bringing the rest of us down with you. Some of you already have, congrats hope your happier. These people writing these negative reviews are not here for careers, if they were then they probably wouldn't be falling asleep or calling in all the time. I know who they are, because I can tell by the way they write and what they are saying. Its called work for a reason people, this company hired us to do a job, and the clients rely on us, we need to show our respect, professionalism, and show up and do it. Benefits are what they are, we have Obama to thank for that, so if you voted for him then it is partly your fault.
