Salary structure is too bad, If you are a associate you will find number of different structures of associate salary there is no such fixed salary you can assume if you’re experienced they will offer you 2000 extra from an associate who is directly hire by college please don’t trap in this black Hole check different companies concentrix, Amex, TBO they will give you 30k in starting only and here you have to work idk how many year if you started with 25k next year they will promote you as an senior and offer you 2k or 1500 hike, so you will come to 27k, Please think twice you will be in your 23,24 age and how much you are earning here 25-30 mostly people will be lying in this bracket only of this company. No public holidays obviously you have to beg for celebrating Diwali with your family and that is not confirmed also they will confirm you near to the date so no new year no diwali everyday is a same for you come and work, I have seen some supervisors who are working for 3 years and still at a 30k its a black hole please try to understand go outside explore the market take a jump. Also one more great thing is the salary comes at 7th of each month, at that day also you will be sitting in a fear because you never know at the end of the day you will receive a email that salary is delayed due to technical things so it will come tomorrow most of the time its a same situation They don’t understand people have some commitment outside for rents expenses.
