Pros
After changing industries, the entrance into payments was seamless (much like Praxis' product). I was given all of the necessary training and support to be able to step into my role easily. The team is made up of hugely talented individuals who bring such a massive range of skills to the table. I've felt truly included and really welcomed into the firm which, despite its large (and still growing) size, feels like a family business. The working environment is also awesome. We've got a fully equipped kitchen with every possible food item you could need to enjoy your working day. The office itself is beautiful to behold and I was a bit taken aback when I came for my first interview. My first and second company events were some of the best and most fun I've ever attended and I truly feel at home. Overall, this is definitely my happiest workplace yet.
Cons
Con's are pretty difficult to list. Perhaps an air-hockey table would be a welcome addition?
