      Coworkers are great. Good mission.

      Cons

      Software dev teams should be remote in 2026. It’s better for retention, productivity, team cohesion, and overall mission based work. Any tech leader that really understands the job knows this.

      Pros

      Flexibility for various health issues. Time to pray and worship the Lord.

      Cons

      Acts like family until they don't want you. Leadership fails to listen to those below them and hires contractors to do the work at 3x-5x the rate employees are paid. No career ladder to climb.
