Great coworkers and flexible environment

Lack of structure and strategies but there is a constant improving

Most employees are kind and friendly, and there is a very nice cultural diversity. Nice facilities and interesting products to work with

This company lacks good management, direction and clear goals. There is no growth opportunities and no desire to reward faithful employees. This company also is not competitive when comparing its benefits and salary other to what other companies offer, and has lost a lot of excellent talent because of this.
