Start-up business in the US with the usual hick-ups in a very competitive and demanding market

Can’t name any! Corporate doesn’t care and is never on site. Plant in SC ran from California with no idea of what’s going on. Plant Manager (3rd in less than a year) has no clue. Damages the machinery with his ideas but blames others.

No trained supervisors, only “Yes” people that do what Plant Manager says even if they know it’s wrong. All the good people that tried have left for better jobs. Stay away by all means possible even if the pay makes you want to try. Can’t fix what they don’t want fixed.
