Pros

Treated with lunch occasionally, able to wear airpods to listen to music while working.

Cons

Poor management. Pay is really bad for the amount of hard work that’s put in and those who deserve to be recognized for it, don’t. It’s always the same people every meeting getting congratulated for doing nothing. Yes we get it, your company started in a garage, who cares!! It also turns into having to do everything for everyone else even being outside of your job description because they’re short staffed. There’s no respect of personal space when somebody’s having a bad day, supervisor is very annoying and bugs trying know the detail of what’s going on. There’s no sense of belonging and no room for growth. That’s why more and more people are quitting. Place is a complete waste of time. Also the president is two faced. Wouldn’t advise anyone to work here. If this was a couple of years ago it would be a totally different story, sad to see how bad this company has gone downhill. It used to be a nice and enjoyable work environment.

Pros

There are some kind hearted people in the industry as well as customers - that is really the only pro. Raises are arbitrary and promised but not delivered, favoritism and grossly disproportionate expectations are set on the team versus upper management.

Cons

If a young female, beware of their "pleasure meter" and constant inappropriate fraternity like behavior from the CEO and "Vice President". If a new male hire, act like a fraternity brother and they will be nice to you for at least a short stint. I put up with this company for 3 years and looking back, couldn't be happier to be away from the toxic environment. Expect to see blatant favoritism for a "not sales" rep who does not contribute to the company as well as short fused tempers on a regular basis. But, they do usually buy lunch or breakfast burritos for the team the day after cursing at everyone.
