Pros
I come from retail and this company is amazing. I didn't know a single thing about the medical field prior. They have all welcomed me in and have all taught me so many things to be successful here. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and generous. We've built such a huge group of students and preceptors that we have great relationships with in the short amount of time we've been up and running. Everyone gets along really well and even though there's not a ton of us - we are growing everyday and we are all constantly rewarded for all our hard work and dedication to our students and preceptors. Not having to work weekends or Holiday's anymore to allow me to be with my family is a HUGE plus for me as well. Everyone here has a family so everyone understands me in that aspect. Truly a great, stable job with LOTS of room for development.
Cons
I could use this space to keep writing great things about Preceptor Point because I don't have anything negative to say. I am newer to the company and I cannot wait to see what the future brings for me and my whole team. Being able to be apart of so many nursing students journey to furthering their careers and helping them get there is a huge reward in itself.
