I hope the company begins to take these matters more seriously, as the lack of training and unethical behavior from certain managers damages the company's reputation and creates a toxic work environment. When management lacks both the understanding of the job and the ability to provide support or training, it seems that the only way to advance is to be a young woman and face exploitation.
