Pros

• Smart, hardworking people who support each other • Recognizable clients and projects that look good on a résumé • You learn quickly because you’re thrown into everything right away • Remote work • Flexible PTO

Cons

• Pay does not match the workload, responsibility, or expectations • Promotions are often delayed or left unresolved, usually blamed on leadership or HR with no clear answers. • There’s very little real investment in employee growth or long-term career development • Employees are expected to keep proving their value while being asked to take on more with fewer resources • You often have no idea when your workday will actually end—late nights are simply expected • Burnout is common, and turnover feels baked into the system

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
