Pros

Unfortunately there are none. Unless you count learning what not to do.

Cons

The place is an absolute nightmare. There is absolutely zero process or organization. There are mistakes made on everything as a result. It takes about a week to make the simplest of changes. Clients are always unhappy and it is embarrassing. Management does not try to fix the process or prevent errors from happening, instead they place blame, get someone in trouble, and move on. You are yelled at or looked at weird if you try and suggest ways to improve the process. It is a very backwards work environment. The worst employees (liars, lazy, incompetent, slow) are treated like rock stars and the employees who work the hardest are treated the worst. Senior management is atrocious and the worst part of the company. A group of kids playing dress up. They provide absolutely zero mentoring and there is not one person to look up to. They manage using fear and threats. HR and the President encourage this behavior so don’t bother looking to anyone for help. Managers lie about their direct reports and verbally abuse them on a daily basis. Senior management encourages this type of bullying as well. Lastly, there is absolutely zero work/life balance. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. You are scolded if you put in anything less than 60 hours a week. Most people are stuck at the office until midnight or later on a daily basis, not just once in a while. You will be expected to work like a slave and you will not get any recognition for it either.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
