Pros

The office had a cool location. Some of the clients are really big names that are solid to have on your resume.

Cons

This was the worst experience of my entire career. My team was regularly working 70+ hour weeks for months on end with no light at the end of the tunnel (and this was just the regular course of business, not crunch time for a launch). The agency just can’t say no to incremental projects even when they know their staffing can’t handle it and that it will stretch everyone so thin that people were regularly having anxiety attacks and mental breakdowns. If you try to voice any struggles, ask for support or suggest a solution to a problem you are branded a negative nancy and told to just suck it up and do your job. There is a strong finger pointing culture, people who make obvious mistakes just find a way to throw another department under the bus to absolve themselves. At no point did I ever feel as though anyone was invested in my career growth or even me as a human, I was simply a work horse to be driven into the ground. When people see this company on my resume they reach out to share their horror stories with me and I’ve legitimately bonded with others through our shared trauma. Don’t believe the flowery reviews on here that say they are current employees that are having a great time and it’s a work hard play hard kind of place (obviously sad ploys by the agency to resuscitate their dying image), it’s a work hard and never see your wife and kids kind of place because you’ve been up at 6am to get a head start on the day and logged off at 10pm. Avoid here at all costs if you enjoy any semblance of work life balance, growth or happiness.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
