Pros
- There are a few really nice, talented people who are an absolute delight to work with. How they've been there so long is truly remarkable. - The office location is good - There is car parking
Cons
- There is very little, if anything at all, which you can class as inclusive about this working environment. The office jokes are comprised of degenerate ‘banter’ which can be classed as racist and certainly offensive - Everything ‘social’ revolves around drinking, there is nothing besides that - Certain people in this office are EXTREMELY difficult to work with, to the point which it is just impossible to do a job. These are people who are ‘senior’ within the business and who just because they've been with the company for years think it entitles them to act a certain way. You would expect a lot more from these types of people. To make things worse, if you’re not friends with them then you can expect a lot of pushback and unprofessionalism - There’s a blurring of the lines between job roles and expectations which makes things again very difficult to do a job - The equipment is dated and needs an upgrade, working on old archaic systems
