Pros
Almost all work is done independently. Very little management involvement in projects unless it is critical to upper managements agenda. Respective of personal time.
Cons
Very little communication. Decisions are made with the immediate time frame in mind with no forethought on the future implications. Lack of accountability and therefor lack of responsibility or consequences. Too few employees for salaried workforce, things fall through the cracks.
