- company name (PCC & Noranco) is sinking amongst Ontario aero industry due to late lots, employee turnover, and leadership departures. - people are cut just to fix budgets every quarter. - they have laid off people with only 6 months tenure. - lots of book cooking in metrics and dollars. - they have embedded the layoff & firing terms in your hiring contract
