Pros
Benefits are pretty good, Some flexibility in the salary work force, interesting work, they are willing to pay for some online training and some great people here.
Cons
Difficult to balance home and work. Expect to support operations even if you have no bearing on the output (facetime) on all shifts, weekends, holidays, and even your granted vacations. High leadership turnover, 30+%. 14 GMs in 13 years. Safety issues apparent just walking through the plants. Frontline leadership is weak from all the verbal beatings. Poor morale in the workforce.
