Chaotic Atmosphere lacking any good processes or management - Project Coordinator Precision Countertops Employee Review

Pros

Some of the employees are nice to work with but most would throw you under the bus to keep themselves from getting in trouble.

Cons

No accountability. Lack of true leadership. Numerous mistakes that the PC has to respond to. Overly stressed atmosphere. They call it a Project Coordinator but it is really just another name for Customer Service Rep. The pay is mediocre compared to the work level that is expected. They cut your hours after the Holidays but in some cases the workload does not shift that much. Very high turnover. Not allowed an opinion or to vent if needed. Overly judgmental and constant threats of being fired for saying anything negative by management. -

Thank you for taking your time to let us know how your experience was working as a Project Coordinator. I'm sorry that you found it to be chaotic and not rewarding. We understand that Project Coordinator is a very demanding position and as such the compensation is much higher than many other positions within the company. I'm sorry if you did not feel it was adequate. Most of our senior staff have been Project Coordinators at one time or another. We appreciate your feedback about training our managers on employee relations and will certainly investigate that further.
