Pros

Company vehicle, gas card, and tolls are paid by PPP.

Cons

You have to work 10-12 hours a day, get home at 8pm to do paperwork, and manage 3 territories in order to still have employment there. If you don't feel like it, then don't bother applying because they'll bump you to another position. Also, you have to just accept that upper management will make you feel like crap if you cannot be at 4 places at once and things start falling through the cracks.

Pros

Nice building with clean bathrooms and office space

Cons

They will pay you little money to do lots of work. They use the more successful staff members to train the new staff coming in and pay those people better rates of pay. They hire family/friends and pay them to do little to no work and even if it hinders the business they could care less. They micro manage you until something goes wrong then you can stand rest assured you will get the short end of the stick while the hire ups skate by. You can never move up within the company because the family members hold those spots and don't leave. They lie to customers and outsource all the workers (some they don't even know or know how they perform). During the year I was hired the entire staff hired for lower salaried positions and non management we all African American
