They will pay you little money to do lots of work. They use the more successful staff members to train the new staff coming in and pay those people better rates of pay. They hire family/friends and pay them to do little to no work and even if it hinders the business they could care less. They micro manage you until something goes wrong then you can stand rest assured you will get the short end of the stick while the hire ups skate by. You can never move up within the company because the family members hold those spots and don't leave. They lie to customers and outsource all the workers (some they don't even know or know how they perform).
