The management team are great and go above and beyond to ensure you have enough training, support and if they identify and area of improvement, they'll give you the tools necessary to improve it. It's rare to find Directors that give their employees so much time but you can knock on their door any time. The thing I loved about PS was the fact that they reward you for your hard work, so you may find yourself cruising around the on a super yacht or an all expenses paid trip to Queensland-they're a generous bunch.
