Office setting, one free lunch a month, team oriented, some room for advancement
Cons
Overbearing work load, impossible standards, compare you to superhuman employees who still are not good enough, disorganized training materials, rude management, allows management and other employees to talk down to eachother, heavy conservative leaning , unclean environment both office and warehouse especially. Low pay for floor staff, tear you down and make you feel worthless if you make mistakes but you can’t ever go fast enough either and it’s your fault not their outdated processes.
