Pros

Good pay Decent benefits Company-provided uniforms 12 hours shifts (this is a pro and a con) Weekend shift works 5a-5p on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They're off Mon-Thur. (See cons for day/night shifts)

Cons

Management disconnect HUGE lack of communication throughout management team Practically zero upward opportunity unless you're a suck-up Day and night shifts work 60+ hours EVERY week. 12 hours per day, 5+ days per week, with only 2 breaks (20m + 30m) per shift. You're on your feet (in work boots and full PPE) all day otherwise.

Pros

Mark Pardi should be President.

Cons

Orientation is great however what they tell you is not what happens when you go back to your plant. Training is not effective. You only get promoted if you are a butt kisser. There is no accountability at all. Favorites is a major issue. Favorites get away with everything. While if you aren’t lined, they will find a way to let you go. Leadership will tell you what you want to hear but do nothing about it. Overturn is a major issue. It’s hard to report issues to human resource when they constantly leave the company because of the culture. Headquarters is a joke. Constantly making changes without involvement from associates. Always worried about keeping new hires while doing nothing for current associates. There is no development or reason to move up. You make the same as someone who has worked there for years. The company is a joke. The president and COO need to go.
