Excellent Product Development Engineering Department - Principal Electrical Engineer Precor Employee Review

I have enjoyed working at Precor full time for the past 8 years. I work with dedicated, friendly, smart folks who are passionate about fitness and engineering. It's great to be able to work on a small, diverse team of electrical engineers and to see that with a mid-sized company like Precor, our efforts REALLY have a big impact on the final product. Another benefit is that I get to work on a variety of circuits and systems. Our group has worked on some of the following in the last few years: an IOT product, ARM and AVR HW and firmware dev, mixed signal control boards, motor controllers, precise ground-up-design speed and current controllers, our own inductive prox sense boards, NFC, Wifi, BLE... We get to work on a large variety of systems here. Precor offers a great work/life balance with flexible start times, summer hours, work from home options if it makes sense for your position.
