Everything they offer as an employer is the minimum required by law...and less! One 30mins break per day (unpaid), 20 days of holiday and frequent issues with being paid late or short. They want and they demand but it's all only one way - you give, they take. If you happen to be sent a gift by one of the customers at Christmas cause you worked your "a" off for them - the bosses will take it away from you as "it belongs to the company" (them). Even though they're loaded, they don't want you to have any more than what the basic contract says.
Do not work there, unless your application has been rejected by McDonalds.
