Pros
I joined as Fresher and rose to Data Scientist, I was from Electronics background they introduced me to R and Python. I learnt Big Data technologies. I worked at 3 client places both onshore and offshore. Got an opportunity to travel Jakarta. I pursued my Post graduation with the help of the institute.
Cons
No fun activities, Too much of Learning. Do not encourage travelling from long distance daily to office
