      Pros

      Great culture. Fast moving. Very cutting edge technology. Working with huge organizations to help them innovate with Predictive Analytics. Learning a lot.

      Cons

      Located in west midtown. This could be a hassle if you live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. Lots of work and not enough people to get it all done.

      Pros

      I have never worked with a team like the one at Predikto. It is a fun, disruptive, challenging, and funky work environment. Very strong culture. Super diverse in every aspect of the word. Super cutting-edge AI/ML technology ahead of its time. Solving big problems for huge companies.

      Cons

      It is not for everyone. You need to have a thick skin to be able to work here. Super open about everything including feedback. Your ideas are welcomed and you need to be prepared to defend them. Highly respected leadership.
