- heavy emphasis on culture - great benefits - fun product to work on
Cons
- culture seems to be skin-deep. It’s easy to have good culture when it’s easy, but gets thrown out the door when things get difficult - lots of ambiguity in direction and what to work on. Management expects developers to actively seek out what needs to be done. This is not friendly to new team members or neurodivergent folks - technical decisions are posed as collaborative but developer input is largely ignored by management, often times being directly contradicted with a top-down decision
