Front desk staff very nice and capable Hygiene team hard working Some DDS very patient oriented with little concern for production numbers Over-time

Management only cares about production Management (CEO) is confused about what goes on in the practice and is very controlling in all aspects Certain DDS only production driven Some RDH only production driven and over diagnose treatment to reach required production Management threatens employees to lose contracted PTO when production is "low" Low company morale, you are always wondering who is going to fired next HIGH TURN OVER IN ALL CLINICAL STAFF
