One manager in the front office makes a toxic work environment

Great owner and a handful of welcoming employees! They get the job done and accurately.

Working with the females under a particular female supervisor command is nothing more than a day care/middle school. If you are a female under the age 45 w/a decent face her and her crew will try their hardest to get you terminated or pick with/harass you everyday until you quit. Nothing could ever be about attendance as they have perm employees who miss several days n hrs every week. The down fall is the owner and mngr are aware of their mess, but still keep these employees. Among these messy employees there's one who leave work early as her bf clocks her out later. This is the same female who I personally heard say out of her mouth, "We gotta do what we gotta do to get these two out of here." And just like that the other temp and I were terminated the following week after she said that. Smh. After reporting these accounts to the supervisor and discovering she was the Ring Leader, I've reported these incidents to the mngr 3x! Makes you wonder what's really going on?! Do they need good working employees or just bodies to fill the empty positions?! Due to these females this is not a place you will work more than 2/3 mons. This place is ONLY receiving a bad review bcuz of the female supervisor, her crew, and her followers. The owner and a few good employees are the only reason this place receives one star from me.
