Cons

Openly bigoted and trans/queerphobic mean girls club mentality managers. No supervisor communication to properly assist phone team, phone agents are expected to fix everyone else's mistakes. You will be talked about behind your back, you will be considered difficult if you try to make a supervisor help. You will get zero training, have fun.

Pros

Awesome supervisor (Tucson) was always available, supportive and willing to work with you. Unfortunately though, she was controlled by upper management and never allowed to make any decisions on her own without consulting with them first even though the parameters were already met.

Cons

Inexperienced management team, uneducated and only interested in their own agenda.
