I can't think of any cons.

A positive work environment, with an employer who truly cares about and believes in his employees. There were many great perks: generous PTO, work from home once a week, and lunch meetings monthly.

The learning curve is huge. It takes time to understand the ins-and-outs of pension administration, and there is a lot expected of new employees.
