Management is terrific and the job itself if a lot of fun. Great for supplemental work.

Volume of work is not there to make a full-time position. Employees have to work with multiple companies and promote yourself constantly to live on the inconsistent schedule and lack of volume. In addition, your volume needs to be about 1.6x what you want to earn per week due to lack of compliance from the clients. Not all business owners or residents want to have their property inspected, and you are only paid per inspection similar to a sales job.
