Pros
Great work environment and employees. Very motivated and involved leadership. I talk to the CEO about once every week to two weeks. Travelling has been a good experience for me as well.
Cons
Fairly long hours, flexibility can be an issue from time to time. There has been a recent spike in turnover. The company has some growing pains going on, but it has also allowed everyone to shape what direction we are headed.
