Pros

PCA provides the ability to have creative freedom. Learn and innovate on top of the forefront of digital best practices. A company that rewards based on merit rather than political shenanigans because ego gets left at the door. You'll always be heard and get to contribute in a positive and impactful way to company objectives. It's also great to be working in this digital era in the high growth wine industry and help wineries and their staff achieve their DtC objectives. It's also great to be able to test, prove and scale your ideas. Then see the results in the analytics and conversions.

Cons

Being in the digital space, you're always needing/having/get to learn new things. This can cause a bit of innovation fatigue every now and then. Learning new tricks in software systems, adapting to new data capabilities. Change it's not for the faint of heart. Also, if you love digital marketing and wine, it can turn your two passions into a bit of a job rather than the occasional artistic hobby. But at the end of the day.. it's a fair trade off.
