Pros

Good learning experience. Good for a place to start.

Cons

Wishy washy company. Never got any payslip. Even after many times requesting them. People would get shouted at in front of everyone. Public humiliation, MD gets angry very quickly. They refuse to speak to customers, slagged off customers and other staff to you. Only good if you are liked there. Projects aren't managed well at all. MD didn't get on with each other, they would have arguments in front of you. One MD could be very racists at times. Loved to take the micky out of you, would take it way beyond a joke. No benefits from working with the company. Ripped other companies ideas off.

I'm sorry your outlook on the company is a negative one. Rest assured we have grown a lot since your employment. A lot of negative aspects have been removed from the company and new and improved processes are in place, including a new HR manager & MD. I wish you luck in the future and if you require anything from us, please feel free to contact us.

Hello, I'm not quite sure if you have the right company, we do not employ any Laborers in the US, we are a UK based company.

Pros

Great advancement structure. Started off as entry-level phone support and got promoted up the ranks by working hard. It's not a massive team so the people who put in the work and the people who don't both get noticed by the boss. Used to be 2 MD's running the business with very different ideals which led to efforts going to waste and not a lot of progress. One bought the other out and the company has now been heading in a solid direction and scaling. We aren't bogged down by miles of red tape and bureaucracy if anyone has ideas they can pitch it direct to the department managers or the owner. The people who go beyond what has been asked of them get rewarded for it quite frequently, and management treats them well, whereas others who just plod along barely hitting targets get left to their own devices. If any staff are not performing well enough and are dragging the rest of us down then they get given multiple chances to change and improve before they are finally let go. If you are tired of just being another number in a massive company this is a nice refreshing place where I have actually been able to become part of a team.

Cons

Could do with some more employee incentives in place like salary sacrifice schemes or perkbox. Not enough projects that get all of the teams working together, support and development always work closely and marketing and sales work closely. Even though everyone knows each other there is still a bit of a divide between the 2 teams.
