Pros

None what’s so ever, horrible company!

Cons

Signed a contingent offer in May 2022. Was given word that they were awarded the contract, given a start date. Told to resign from my current employer in which I did. Three days before I started I was told the contract was pulled. No remorse what’s so ever! Totally had to scram and make calls to get my current position back. A TOTAL LACK OF EXPERIENCE. Please! Do not bother with this company. DON’T TRUST THEM! They will lie to you and make you think you have a job and then they will pull you from the contract. Horrible company and business practices!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY!!! DI NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE….they only care about them selves, they will leave you high and dry with no job.

Pros

Very intuitive, caring, and well involved. They genuinely care for the well-being of their employees. They give the opportunity for their employees to grow and excel even where there is not a structured promotion pipeline, they will make an avenue to help you grow. Supportive Supervisors no matter what team I am on!

Cons

Need more ways for remote employees to connect with other employees.

Pros

The company instills a good sense of mission, purpose, and solution to secure customer IT assets and the employees are generally cordial and professional both internally an externally with stakeholders.

Cons

The company is less transparent about important aspects of its contracts that have a major impact on the workforce and its mission, and it often leads to unfavorable rapport with clientele. From top-down, communication is inherently stovepiped, half of the team is genuinely unaware of changes, there is hardly any guidance given on direction, and leadership is nowhere to be found unless they are ready to ask you to work harder and add more value whilst value is largely ill-defined in this environment. Lack of organization, transparency, and a sense of gossip triviality, duplicitous tactics, and disingenuous energy is why it was time to go. Consider your options, cut your losses.
