Don't hurt yourself, if you hurt yourself there, you will be let go

The management is so ignorant about fire sprinkler systems that you can tell them what ever you want about your work and they’ll believe you. They pay a ridiculously low wage but zero worries about being fired.

Their health insurance is ridiculously high and there pay is low. I was told during my interview that I was going to make $56k a year. I have 22 years of experience and I haven’t worked for such a low wage in years. Well the $56k was a lie. When I got my first check and calculated it out it equaled to $43k a year. When I told management they told me the $56k was based on overtime. Really?!? What the heck? Only come here if you have burnt all your bridges and have no where else to go or if you were like some of the guys working there on pills or other drugs…and yes the manager knows about the drugs! I think he was buying some from one of the fitters I worked with actually!
