Worst place to work for ever - Recruitment Consultant Premier Group Recruitment Employee Review

Reading through the reviews below you can tell immediately that everyone has been "polotily" asking to write a good review before because I can assure it is not a realistic view. Unless you've worked there for 5 years plus you will be treated poor and wont be given much training, the hours are already long which yes as everyone says in recruitment they are but management have a problem fi you leave even after 10 hours! The targets are stupid and unrealistic you are told to add contacts on the database to build it but most peeopl seem to make this up anyway so I don't see the point. There is a lot of clear favourtisim and they are helped a lot in terms of business development hence why they seem to bill a large amount because of the support they receive. I think they like to put nice fancy offices to attract people in but then will sack people on the spot and managers seem to enjoy doing this! if you don't hit targets and you are not loud and have a certain look about yourself it wont work don't bother. I know people write bad reviews and exaggerate but trust I am not and I would advise any graduate to avoid this company and even if it takes a while to find work just take it as a blessing rather than join this company.
