This company was one of the worst companies I had ever worked for and it all stems from poor leadership form the management team. Bullying, public humiliation, name calling, racists, sexists, xenophobic, - These are some of the words that come to mind when thinking of the leadership. I know staff who suffered with serious mental health issues due to the directors bullying them. A lot of the staff were quite shocked at how inept some of the directors were at their respective roles, you had one the products director who literally be on his phone the whole day and do no work. Then there is the sales director who just uses everyone for his political games. Then there is the CTO who was probably the worst out of all of them, the less said about him the better. The MD has the best job out of everyone, he would regularly turn up late and leave early and some days didnt even bother turning up, when issues arise he would quickly sweep them under the carpet and paint a nice little fake picture of how great everything is to the owner. All in all a terrible place to work, I would strongly urge everyone to stay clear of this company at all cost.
