Avoid. Woefully unprofessional and in need of a HR investigation - Sales Premier IT Employee Review

The Managing Director is a huge problem here. He is very narcissistic, employs women who look very similar so he can subject them to inappropriate behaviour and unprofessional remarks, worse still he gets away with it and has been for years. His behaviour is appaulling, these women are young and feel they have to go along with it. He's like an awful alpha male mid life crisis stereotype. His day consists of awful sexual remarks or having 'banter' with the lads.
