      Good company culture, strong leadership, opportunities to work across different departments.

      Cons

      Work-life balance in the legal department (at the time I was there as a contract attorney) was non existent.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.
