      Free soda and can listen to music while you work.

      Cons

      Everyone is always arguing, management does not communicate with you unless you've done something wrong, you're overworked and not given any form of training other than a book slapped in front of you on day 1. Given major attitude if you ask for help.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
