Premier's environment is one of genuine respect and excitement. You feel as though you are making a large contribution in their mission to improve the health of communities. There is a strong sense of camaraderie throughout the company and the company is always looking for fun activities for employees. Premier's salary scale is very competitive in the marketplace and the company offers great benefits that focus on the employee.
Cons
Premier is an active company on the move; you must be able to “shift gears” on a moment’s notice and be able to work autonomously on a comfortable level. Sometimes work-life can overlap, but Premier encourages employees to rectify this in the form of compensation or flex hours.
