      Pros

      Great diversity in terms of platforms. Lots of opportunities to learn how make things better, run more efficient and at scale. Sr. management demonstrates good vision.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, hard to get budget for yearly training. Dead lines are unrealistic for the most part. Lots of politics. Disconnect between Sr. management and employees. Not a whole lot of opportunities for personal growth

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
