Pros
Work closely with team, nice office environment, nice PTO/Sick day build up.
Cons
Salary 40+ hours no matter what. If you work 12 hours one day, then you're still expected a full 8 the next even if you're done with your work. It's not that remote friendly. There isn't much room for growth and a lot of IT work is being outsourced.
