      Pros

      Work environment among coworkers and supervisor was amazing. The team really takes care of each other. Love that you can work at your own pace for the most part.

      Cons

      Hiring new employees was hard so the need till that gap put strain on current employees and workload.

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
