Pros

what used to be and what is now is a total 180 degree turn. one thing that still has a thread left is the employees. there are some die hard folks out there that still care but that croud is a dying breed.

Cons

No work/life balance. Not any true appreciation. Work you like a robot. I gave Premier over 10 years of my expertise and knowledge. At first it was exciting, fresh, and realistic. When management started changing is when things shifted like tectonic plates that cause earthquakes. They are focused mostly on ideas and the "yes it can be done" attitude. To me there is nothing wrong with that until it comes to 80 hour weeks, no work/life balance, and treat you like robot.....yeah I have issues. Everything is my way or the highway attitude. Do what they say, no matter of its impossible. During my time I really don't think the company listening was a viable solution. For this review I quote Metallica, Unforgiven..... "Throughout his life the same, hes battled constantly, this fight he can not win. A tired man they see no longer cares. The old man then prepares to die regretfully, that old man here is me. What i've felt what i've known never shines through what i've shown. Never free, Never me, so i dub thee unforgiven."

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
